Day 01: Arrive Delhi
You arrive in Delhi by International flight. After traditional Swagat' (Welcome), our representative would assist you at the airport & to our hotel for check-in.

After some rest & breakfast in the hotel we will proceed for Delhi sightseeing at 0900 hrs, beginning with morning sightseeing trip around India Gate & President's House. Afternoon visits to Lotus Temple ( Closed on Sunday ) & Qutub Minar, and Akshardam Temple   ( Closed on Monday ).

Day 02: Delhi - Chandigarh (250 km / 6 hrs)
Morning post breakfast at 0800 Hrs drive to Chandigarh. Upon arrival check-in hotel. Later we will visit some Le Corbusier architecture projects i.e. Rock Garden Botanical Garden , Government museum & other government building.

Day 03: Chandigarh - Pinjore s/s - Dharamshala (Mcleodganj) (260 / km 7-8 Hrs)
Morning post breakfast we will be leaving for Pinjore to visit Pinjore Garden. Later at 1000 Hrs we will proceed to Dharamshala (Mcleodganj) & on the way visiting Mata Jwalaji temple & Kangra Fort.

Mcleodganj, often called the 'Little Lhasa'. This is the residence of His Holiness Dalai Lama and the Tibetan Government in Exile has been here since the Dalai Lama left Tibet. A large Tibetan community and the presence of traditional architectural designs drawn from Tibet have enhanced the charm of the area and is a major centre of Tibetan culture. It is set along a spur of the Dhauladhar range, overlooking the Kangra Valley and the Shivalik mountains. On arrival we check-in the Hotel. Evening at leisure.

Day 04 : Dharamshala
After breakfast we will take you around Mcleodganj, a charming Tibetan settlement with bustling market that sell carpets, handicrafts and delicious Tibetan food. We visit Namgyal Monastery, situated next to the Central Cathedral, was founded by the 3rd Dalai Lama in the late 16th century to assist him in carrying out his religious activities. Since then, the monastery has exclusively served the Dalai Lamas. A distinctive feature of this monastery is its diversity of practice: prayers and rituals of all the major schools of Tibetan Buddhism are performed by Namgyal monks.

Then we visit Namgyalma Stupa, located in the centre of McLeodganj and surrounded by prayer wheels. It was erected as memorial to those Tibetans who lost their lives fighting for a free Tibet. The stupa is built in the style and tradition of the 3rd century BC Indian Emperor Ashoka and represents peace and progress.


After that we visit the Norbulingka Institute of Tibetan Culture, which was founded by the Department of Religion and Culture to preserve and promote Tibetan art and culture in exile. It is a centre for Buddhist teaching and houses rare Tibetan manuscripts,  texts and over a thousand painted images.

Finally we visit the Kangra Art Museum, displays an excellent collection of Kangra Valley arts and crafts; some date back to the 5th century AD. The museum also includes a gallery of Kangra's famous miniature paintings and a collection of sculpture, pottery, and anthropological items. Paintings by Russian artist Nicholas Roerich can be seen in the Kangra Art Museum.

Day 05: Dharamshala- Mandi- Rewalsar (150 km/ 6-7 Hrs)
Morning post breakfast drive to Ravalsar visiting Mandi in between, home of thousands of beautiful carved stone edifices each with an elaborate shikhara, or spire, among them bhutnath, triloknath, Panchvaktra and Shyamakoli at Tarna hill.  In Mandi we will visit Mandi Fort & Shiva Parvati Temple and also on the hill is a new temple dedicated to Tarna Devi, overlooking the valley and giving a panoramic view of the whole area. Later we will continue our drive to Revalsar.

Day 06: Rewalsar - Manikaran - Manali (190 km/ 9-10 Hrs)
Today morning post breakfast at 0700 Hrs we will proceed for an excursion in Rewalsar and visits to Buddhist Monasteries, Holy Lake of Lotus & Cave of Buddhist Temple (Padmsambhabi).

Later we continue to drive to reach Manali via Manikaran, this place is famous for hot sulphur springs revered by both Hindus and Sikhs pilgrimages. Thousands of pilgrimages have their dip in hot water. The water of the spring is also said to be radio-active which cures many skin diseases. While the temperature of the water is above boiling point, Rice and Dal if placed in a Muslin bag or tied up in cloth, soon be ready for eating purpose. According to an ancient saying Manikaran is also connected with Lord Shiva and His divine concert Parvati. We will visit to Bijli Mahadeo Temple & Gurudwara in Manikaran. Further we will continue our drive to Manali. On arrival we check-in the hotel.

Day 07 & 08: Naggar (Manali)
Manali Excursion: Today we will take you for an excursion to Himalayan research institute, Hindu temple of Shiva and Vishnu followed by a visit to Krishna temple & Tripura Sundari Temple. Post lunch visit to Hadimba Temple, Tibetan Monasteries and Vashist hot water spring and temple. Finally we will visit Roerich's Art gallery (Closed on Monday)


Rumsu Excursion: Today we will take you on an excursion to trek through the pine forest little beyond the village at Rumsu (2060 Mts.)


Day 09: Manali - Shimla (265 km/ 7-8 Hrs)
Early morning before breakfast we leave for National Park Banjara. Later post breakfast we will leave for Shimla. Upon arrival check-in hotel.

Day 10: Shimla
The capital of Himachal Pradesh came into light when the British discovered it in 1819. Till then, it was a part of the Nepalese kingdom. In 1864 Shimla was declared as the summer capital of India and now named the capital of Himachal Pradesh.
Post breakfast visit to Viceregal Lodge. Housed in the Gothic splendor, Viceregal Lodge is the Indian Institute of Advanced studies, India's premier academy for higher research. Later visits to Hanuman Temple & Kufri. Rest of the say at leisure.

Day 11: Shimla- Haridwar (355 km / 9-10 Hrs)
Early morning post breakfast drive to Haridwar at 0800 hrs. via Pinjore Garden. Haridwar is on the banks of River Ganges (Ganga) & located at the foothills of the lower Himalayan Range of the Shivalik mountains. It is an important pilgrimage site for Hindus. When the Ganges leaves the mountains & enters the plains, Haridwar is the first major town on the plains. Though the Ganges does not lose its rapids completely, nevertheless it becomes very quiet & calm here. Haridwar has earned fame as being the place, which has been blessed by the trinity of the Lords Shiva, Vishnu & Brahma.

It is also one of the major Shaktipeeths. Down the ages, Haridwar has purified the mind, body & soul of people not only in spiritual or religious terms but as a major learning centre for arts, science & culture. Upon arrival check-in hotel. Overnight stay.
Later in the afternoon visit Mansa Devi temple & in the evening enjoy the spectacular view of 'Aarti' at Har Ki Pauri. Later spend your time on the Ghat.

Day 12: Haridwar - Excursion to Rishikesh
Morning Pooja at Har Ki Pauri
, then we leave for a full Day excursion of Rishikesh, a very important Hindu pilgrimage site. Its also a cluster of Ashrams & temples giving the entire place a spiritual feeling. The ceaseless flow of the river, regarded as Goddess Ganga adds to the beauty & the purity of the place. Along the river, area is filled with thick green forests in the all-mountainous region. Rishikesh is famous for its yoga sessions that are taught here by many yoga experts. Besides the sadhus & saints, a mass of tourists too visit here every year to have a look at this much heard place. If the wonderful scenery & the numerous pilgrimage sites are not enough, Rishikesh also makes some of the most popular adventure sport destination of India. River rafting, trekking, rock climbing, hiking etc are some of the activities one can easily opt for. We will be visiting Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhula, Geeta Bhawan, other temples & ashrams.

Day 13: Haridwar - Delhi (225 km - 5 hrs.)
Morning visit to Mansa Devi Temple & Chandi Devi Temple. Later we drive to Delhi ( lunch is suggested at Cheetal Grand ) and continue drive back to Delhi. On arrival transfer to Airport.

Day 14: Delhi - Departure
Our tour concludes: Caper thanks you for your patronage & ensures a punctual transfer to the Airport for your onward travel.
